India may seem unstoppable when playing at home, but skipper Rohit Sharma stated that his team wouldn't want to be considered "unbeatable" and that they would need to win the five-match series against England with steady performance. India's first Test against England is scheduled to begin on Thursday, and Rohit stated that his team's tactics are his main concern.
For the past twelve years, England, led by Alastair Cook, has not lost at home. The last team to defeat the hosts in their own stadium was England in 2012.
"We are not invincible, in my opinion. That is not the way we want to think. However, our prior performance in the last ten or so years does not ensure that we will win this series. To win this series, we need to play well," Rohit stated at the press conference held before the game.
